Andrew Ryan’s journey in IT has been shaped by his love of problem-solving and a steady drive to keep learning. He spent eight years at enVista, a managed services provider, where he progressed from help desk support to systems administration and then to network administration. Along the way, he earned several industry certifications—including the CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), which he’s especially proud of after more than a year of dedicated study, and has begun work toward his CCNP.

At eKeeper, Andrew was looking for fresh challenges—and found them. What drew him to the team was the opportunity to keep growing while working with a variety of technologies and clients. He thrives on the satisfaction that comes from tackling complex issues and seeing the direct impact of his work. For Andrew, IT isn’t just about technical solutions—it’s about making service feel more human by putting a face to the name.

Andrew is energized by the evolving nature of the IT world. He’s currently focused on sharpening his skills in networking and server administration, with an eye on the growing role of cloud platforms and automation. The chance to keep feeding his curiosity is what keeps him engaged—and makes each day a new opportunity to stretch his abilities.

Outside the office, you’ll often find Andrew at Tappers Arcade or gathered around a board game with friends. He also has his sights set on hiking some of the major national parks out west—a bucket list goal that reflects his love of both exploration and challenge.
