About the Scholarship
eKeeper is dedicated to supporting the efforts of young people in Our Community who are on a clear path to success. To this end, we have created the Unparalleled Excellence Scholarship Fund through The Community Foundation of Muncie and Delaware County. This fund is focused on providing scholarship funds to one or more high school seniors who demonstrate excellence in academics, excellence in sports, music and the arts as well as excellence in leadership through community service. Eligible recipients are truly the embodiment of Our Community: First.
ELIGIBILITY FOR SELECTION
A. Graduating senior from any accredited Delaware County, Indiana high school.
B. Recipient must be a resident of Delaware County.
C. Recipient must plan to pursue a full-time baccalaureate course of study at an accredited college or university.
D. Recipient must have a 3.75 (or the equivalent) grade point average or higher.
E. Recipient must be in the top 10% of their class
F. In determining a recipient, consideration will be given to the applicant’s leadership/excellence in the areas of academic ability, involvement in arts and/or athletics (principal chair in school or other music programs; 4-year athletic letterman, etc.), and community involvement (student leader with school or external organizations; activist for charitable events; etc.).
