Micah Moore

Micah Moore is a dedicated Service Desk Analyst at eKeeper, bringing a wealth of knowledge and passion for IT. He graduated in 2024 from Ball State University with a major in Computer Technology and a minor in Business Administration in Computer Technology. During his time at Ball State, Micah demonstrated academic excellence, making the Dean’s list for five semesters and gaining hands-on experience as a Technology Analyst Student Assistant for the campus IT services.

Micah joined eKeeper seeking a dynamic environment to enhance his IT skills and grow professionally. He was drawn to the company’s experienced team and the camaraderie that fosters a supportive and enjoyable workplace. Micah thrives on helping clients, finding joy in problem-solving, and troubleshooting IT issues.

Outside of work, Micah is an avid basketball fan and enjoys playing video games, cooking, and cherishing moments with family and friends. He is eager to explore new activities and travel when time permits.

In his career, Micah aspires to deepen his knowledge in networking and expand his skills in areas such as security. He is driven by a commitment to self-improvement and is guided by core values of respect and kindness in all interactions. Micah is particularly excited about the advancements in the IT industry, especially the role of Artificial Intelligence in driving innovation and efficiency in business processes.
